Cold Chain & Logistics Capabilities
The handling, storage and transport infrastructure that keeps our export supply chain consistent, season after season.
Four Stages, One Continuous Supply Chain
Every shipment moves through the same disciplined process, whether it's a pallet of fresh apples or a bulk order of saffron.
Cold Storage
Temperature and humidity-managed storage facilities hold produce at optimal conditions between harvest and dispatch, slowing ripening and preserving freshness for fresh fruit shipments in particular.
Sorting & Grading
Produce is sorted and graded by size, colour and quality against the specification agreed with the buyer, with visibly damaged or undersized stock removed before packaging.
Secure Transit
Export-grade packaging and careful loading protect product integrity through inland transport, customs handling and onward shipping.
Global Supply Chain
Logistics planning is coordinated around harvest calendars and shipping schedules, so buyers can plan their own inventory around dependable delivery windows.
Handling Built Around the Product, Not the Other Way Around
Fresh produce, dry fruits and packaged goods each need different handling. Fresh Kashmiri apples move through cold storage and refrigerated onward transport, while dry fruits like walnuts, almonds and saffron are stored in controlled, moisture-managed conditions suited to long shelf life.
Packaging is selected per product and per order size, from retail-ready cartons to bulk export packaging, with documentation prepared to match destination-country import requirements.
